Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://mcmesthetics.com website (the “Service”) operated by MCM Esthetics LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion or appearance. No children under the age of 18 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 15 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services.

At MCM Esthetics, we strive to create a culture of true hospitality for all individuals. As such, we have implemented policies and guidelines that help us make informed and ethical decisions in our daily work. These principles apply to all team members, regardless of their location.
In line with our commitment to diversity and inclusion, it is our policy to recruit and select workers based on their abilities and performance, with no discrimination based on factors such as creed, gender, family status, sexual orientation, age, handicap, national origin, or military affiliation.
As part of our dedication to a safe and respectful work environment, we want to remind everyone that sexual violence is strictly prohibited within our company. If you encounter any unsafe environmental conditions, observe clients under the influence of alcohol, or come across any other contraindications, it is your right as a contractor to end the service to ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and others.
Here is some information regarding service fees at MCM Esthetics. Please note that we reserve the right to apply service fees, travel fees, and credit/debit card sales fees of 7% on services such as Spa Parties. Additionally, for your convenience, a minimum gratuity of 10% or $20 per professional (whichever is greater) will be added to your service. Should you wish to provide an additional gratuity, you are welcome to do so.
Please be aware that taxes and gratuities for all services are calculated using a standard computation graphing calculator.
If our therapist or esthetician is unable to reach your location due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, please rest assured that you will be fully reimbursed for your appointment. In case of cancellations or returns initiated by our company, we will promptly notify you via email or courtesy call. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific time frame.
For individual and couple's mobile spa services, full payment is required upon booking. Similarly, corporate events, spa parties, and group spa services, require full payment to secure the event date and time. Please note that any cancellations made by the client for spa parties or any other group event, you have 7 calendar days to cancel. If not, you will reduce your refund to receive 50%. If you receive an individual service, you have 48 hours to cancel. If you fail to do so, you will reduce your refund to 25%.
Credit /Debit card transactions are subject to a sales tax rate of 7%. Changes to appointment dates, late client arrivals, or technician rescheduling of a prior service may also result in an automatic fee ranging from $25 to $100, depending on the event size and service required.
Due to state health regulations, certain services, such as manicures and facials, may not be available at all locations. We prioritize customer safety and compliance with licensing requirements, which means that we do not perform any cutting, trimming, or cutting of nails and/or cuticles during our mani/pedi services. Similarly, our facial services do not include extractions or peels that could potentially "break" the skin. These services are primarily intended for relaxation, celebration, or for individuals who are declared home-bound for medical or comfort reasons.
Please note that additional services, such as body scrubs or wraps, may require additional time and need to be discussed with the client. For mobile massage therapy services, draping is mandatory to ensure a comfortable and professional experience. Additionally, all clients receiving treatments will receive a comprehensive verbal or written assessment to provide them with the best possible massage therapy and mobile spa services.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the highest level of service quality for our clients, including those attending spa parties.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
MCM Esthetics is unable to accept any returns or exchanges for an order once it has been processed and shipped.
We are not able to offer refunds or discounts after the services have been rendered.

Tracking Your Order
Your order's tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it has been shipped, and you can check it at any time to see its status.
Canceling An Order/Service
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
If you book a Spa Party, you have 7 calendar days from the scheduled date to cancel. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled event. If you cancel prior to the 7 days, you will receive a 75% refund. For individual services, you have 2 days to cancel. In the event you cancel your appointment, we will work with you to schedule a better time that will suit your schedule. If you for any reason you have to cancel and cannot reschedule, you will receive a 75% refund. If our therapist or esthetician is unable to reach your location due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, please rest assured that you will be fully reimbursed for your appointment. In case of cancellations or returns initiated by our company, we will promptly notify you via email or courtesy call. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific time frame.
